    • Products without original packaging or tags.
    • Items marked as "Final Sale".

    Return Process

    2. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
    3. Once approved, ship the item back to our designated address.
    4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

    Refunds

    • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
