- Certain items (perishables, personal care, intimate products) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
Return Process

- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our designated address.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
